goes to NY Times Op-Ed Columnist, Charles M. Blow, for this opinion piece.

First off, I will agree with Mr. Blow that the right does feel "...isolated, angry, betrayed and besieged..." but my agreement with his childishly written piece ends there with that statement.

Mr. Blow attempts, poorly I might add, to portray those of us on the right as some sort of knuckle dragging, backwoods yahoos who spout unsavory epithets on a daily basis while sitting in the front of our trailers, chewing tobacco and drinking Pabst Beer, but coming from our self proclaimed 'cultural betters' at the NY Times, I really don't expect anything else from these elitists.

Mr. Blow equates those who see the decline of our Great Nation as malcontents, societal misfits if you may, that are intent on fomenting a revolution against the new socialist order in America. Well, yes and no. We on the right are not societal misfits, but we are malcontents, and for legitimate reasons. We see our God Given freedoms being assaulted on every level, from free speech to the right to keep and bear arms, to the right of being left alone by an over reaching, intrusive government that seeks to regulate every aspect of our lives.

Mr. Blow, we on the right are not Timothy McVeigh, nor are we weak minded individuals easily influenced by mere words spoken by an eloquent speaker with a teleprompter. Mr. Blow, we are thinkers...individuals...self sufficient types who do not need, nor desire, a new age messiah to save us from ourselves or government programs to sustain us. Those who seek that, Mr. Blow, are truly the weak minded individuals.

The difference between you Mr. Blow, and those of my brothers and sisters on the right, are simple. We have an enduring love for America and the promises she holds, you, on the other hand, have an enduring loathing of America for what she isn't.

If that makes me a revolutionary, Mr. Blow, count me in!

Well, when the revolution comes, at least we can expect Mr. Blow to be unarmed.

Easy pickings, I say . . .

I don't think of conservatives as knuckle draggers. I just think you're a bit misguided and too many of you believe in an invisible gentleman in the sky.

And obviously, Taoist, you didn't read the post, but so like libtards, you mock and insult, because it makes you feel superior to others.
