do we?

This article from The Jerusalem Post explains why a McCain presidency would be better for Israel's security, and by default I might add, America's security.

As an American who is unabashedly pro-Israel, I find this article both heartening and dismaying. Heartening for the fact that Americans in Israel see that Sen. McCain is a better friend of Israel then Sen. Obama, but dismaying that Jews in America do not feel the same way, for the most part.

As a country, we must continue to support Israel, a tiny democracy surrounded by feudal monarchies bent on the destruction of Israel, and ultimately, the United States and the West.

As conservatives, we must not allow this to happen.
