No, he wasn't.
But since he was getting my domain host and myself in trouble with constant references to assasination and I repeatedly asked him to stop in every way I possibly could his membership privaledges were revoked to try and control him because he was clearly unable to control himself.
He is still able to comment...if I banned him then Stepperg would have been banned too and I would never do that to her.
