And the circus begins...

I am watching the initial confirmation hearing of her for Secretary of State, and yes, it is boring as hell thus far. These hearings are a joke, because the senators rarely ask the nominee any hard questions (unless you are Robert Bork or John Bolton), but are a way that the senators can sit there and pontificate in a bellicose manner that is unique only to them.

Can Senator John "Lurch" Kerry (Dipshit*-MA) be anymore boring? That man defines blowhard.

More later...

UPDATE: Thankfully, they have adjourned for a break. Well, so much for that Kabuki Theater. Usual claptrap from the left, climate change (aka Global Warming), 'rebuilding' America's ties with other nations, more reliance on, and involvement with the United Nations, so on and so on, ad nauseum.

UPDATE 2: Senator Chuckie "Where's the cameras" Schumer (Dipshit*-NY) wets himself with his praise of Hillary, and how well she will do as Secretary of State. Senator Richard Lugar (R-IN) is droning on about a conflict between Hillary and Bill's foundation donation. What amazes me is that these senators cannot ask a simple, straight forward question to the nominee. Next up is Senator Jeanne Shaheen (D-NH) begins her questioning with glowing praise for Hillary and 'The One' and how they will change the world. Talk about a love fest.

UPDATE 3: I am finished watching this crap. I have better things to do, like watch paint dry.
