As a reader of Anne Frank's diary many times, especially "The Diary of Anne Frank" The Critical Edition" prepared by the Netherlands State Institute for War Documentation, which I have in the First Edition, copyright June 1989, I find this short film clip of her simply fascinating.
Granted, we have seen images of Anne Frank since we were school children, but to see a film clip of her, albeit a short clip and fuzzy, is to reaffirm that at one time, this little girl was alive, and not just through photographs.
Astounding.

I hope that she knows just how many lives she touched with her diary.
I will never forget her story and neither should the world.
A rare find, indeed. Such a horrible time for adults, let alone for young children. I pray we never see the like again, but with Obamandingo encouraging our enemies we may see far worse.
