I just adore redheads. I find redheads appealing because of their uniqueness in a world of brunettes, blonds and the in between, of which I am a member.
And seriously, what is the deal with calling redheads 'gingers'?
Curious minds would like to know.

"Ginger" is a new term for which I had never heard growing up. This whole thing worries me as I have 2 redheaded Grands in school. I'm just hoping they have their GrandMa's meanness, which is pretty scarey in itself.
Always had a thing for them too. My Grandparents next door neighbor had a redheaded daughter who was a few years older than me and drop dead gorgeous. She liked to play house.

I think Ginger is a term for redheads that started in the UK. I got nothing agin redheads. Your everyday, run of the mill redhead is not particularly attractive, but there are the ones that stand out from the crowd. Those are more often than not quite beautiful.
