I want to personally thank our puffed up purveyors of demagogue and drama in Congress, the Senate, and the AG of New York and other States, for whipping up hysteria over AIG retention bonuses, which has resulted in this abominable display of detestable behavior.
Because of your persistent denouncements of these citizens, you have now targeted them, and their families to death threats and physical harm.
I would say shame on you, but I would be wasting my breath, for you have no shame, nor for that matter, dignity, ethics, or common decency. You knew, YOU KNEW that these bonuses were contractual agreements negotiated prior to the nationalization of AIG, yet you chose to ignore this vitally important part of the equation to press forth with your vile verbal lynching.
Despicable and contemptible.
